All larger items, such as, complete skateboards, 1 pair of shoes or multiple orders up to 25kilos are sent via Fastway Courier: If you select this method of shipping you will be charged a flat rate of £5.50 for delivery of your order. Providing you placed your order before 12.00 midday, your order will ship the same day and usually arrive next day (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays) although we DO NOT guarantee this

Signing for Deliveries
Many deliveries will require a signature. If you will be unable to sign for your package on the expected delivery date (usually within 48 hours of placing your order, with the exception of weekends and bank holidays) please state "Cannot provide Signature" in the additional order information, as we will need to ensure that your package is sent accordingly. Where possible, we prefer to send all large items to work addresses, to maximise the chance of successful delivery.

Geographical sales restrictions
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, we will also ship to the rest of Europe, United States of America and Japan. We are unable to fulfill orders outside of these areas. Postal charges will vary from £10 to £100 outside of Europe.

Complaints
We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 30 working days.
